About the Event
Description: Creating a lasting memory for Detroit Public School’s youth this summer at the Tennis & Tech™ week-long camps where kids ages 8-12 years old will learn to play the game of tennis while developing their overall self with social and emotional learning, and STEM Activities (Chemistry & Robotics). This is in collaboration with the Detroit Public Schools Community District, the United States Tennis Associationand Accelerate4KIDS™. Free for all Detroit resident kids ages 8-12 years old. Every child will get a new tennis racquet, some tennis balls, a camp t-shirt and swags to take home after completion of the camp. Camps run Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM every day.
Fee: FREE (limit to only 30 kids)
Date: July 12th - August 20th 2021
Time: 9am-5pm EST
Early Drop-off: 7:30am
Late Pick-up: 6pm
