About the Event
Accelerate4KIDS is dedicated to fostering STEM educational opportunities and skill development among youth. We are excited to announce the 8th Annual D-Hack. This event is designed specifically to empower high school students from Detroit and Pontiac, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills in the rapidly evolving fields of artificial intelligence technology, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship.
What is D-Hack? (see video below)
The D-Hack is a dynamic 12-hour event where teams of 3-5 students engage in practical experiences that will influence their futures. This year, participants will explore distinguishing between reality and illusion using artificial intelligence. Their task is to create a business product or service and gain insights into digital marketing and entrepreneurship to pitch their idea for a grand prize of $1000 per team ($500 for second place and $250 for third place).
