Ready to pick up a racket and hit the court? Join us for Indoor Tennis 101, an exciting introduction to the game of tennis designed for young athletes who want to learn, stay active, and build confidence. Whether your child is stepping onto the court for the very first time or looking to strengthen their existing skills, this program provides a fun and welcoming environment to learn the fundamentals of the game.
Participants will be introduced to the basics of tennis, including proper racket handling, hand-eye coordination, ball control, serving, and rallying. Through engaging activities, beginner-friendly drills, and opportunities to practice their skills, kids will develop their understanding of the game while improving coordination, movement, and athletic ability. Our goal is to make learning tennis enjoyable while helping every participant feel comfortable, confident, and excited to keep playing.
